Renting with us is easy
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid Driver's license for each driver
Typically the driver must be 21+ to rent
Full Coverage Insurance on a personal vehicle
Do we offer insurance?
We do not offer any form of insurance.To rent a vehicle from us, you must have full coverage insurance on your personal vehicle that transfers to a rental car.
What pick up locations are available?
The default option to start and end your trip would be from our office. No destination fee.
Reno Airport (RNO) - $70
Custom Reno/Sparks Location - $80
Carson City, Truckee, Incline Village -$180
South Lake Tahoe - $250
Are JEEPS allowed on Off Road?
No, all vehicles we rent, are for city / highway use only. No off road is permitted.
Off road packages, for mineral exploration purposes, tours, and such are done by written agreement only and with additional deposits.
Is deposit mandatory?
We secure a pre-authorized payment of $250 for incidentals.
A deposit may be mandatory in some cases.
We are STRICT on our NON SMOKING POLICY - please read
For safety and health reasons, there is ABSOLUTELY no use in or near the vehicle of smoking, pot, or vaping products. This is non negotiable. The smell is not tolerable for our guests - young or old - smoke detectors are installed in the vehicles to assure compliance.
Are our rentals pet friendly?
By default, no.
We can make arrangements however for a pet fee - depends on pet and activities. $40 and up.
Additional information
All vehicles are fueled up to full upon pick up.
Must be filled up upon return or fuel can be repaid.
Vehicles are equipped with multiple trackers and kill switches for protection - both of our equipment and our guests.
